SHIPPING

We currently only ship to the United States. Orders will be fulfilled within 3-5 days and are sent via the USPS Priority Mail. Orders should be received between 1 and 5 days from shipping date, dependent on distance. Royal Butters is not responsible for delays in the US Postal Service.

  

  

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the nature of the product. We do not accept returns. But PLEASE reach out to customer service for any questions or concerns.


Exchanges
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, please reach out to us as soon as you notice the mistake. If the order has not yet been processed, we will correct it on your behalf. If the package has already reached you, please reach out to customer service for alternative options.
